Le couteau de Morgul \u00e9tait une lame courte port\u00e9e par le Roi-Sorcier d’Angmar durant le Troisi\u00e8me \u00c2ge, et utilis\u00e9e pour poignarder Frodon Sacquet dans l’ancienne Tour d’Amon S\u00fbl au sommet de la Colline de la Terre.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9crit alternativement comme un long couteau et une lame, il \u00e9tait utilis\u00e9 par les Nazg\u00fbl pour empoisonner leurs ennemis. Comme l’explique Elrond, le but du couteau \u00e9tait de se briser dans la plaie, laissant un \u00e9clat dans le corps de la victime. Le reste de la lame se transforme rapidement en poussi\u00e8re, et le tesson se fraye un chemin \u00e0 travers le corps jusqu’au c\u0153ur.
